The company completed the full glass cladding of the three towers – One Za’abeel The Residences, One Za’abeel Tower, and The Link – in the third quarter, and is now focused on the interior fit-out.
The Link is set to break the Guinness World Record for the “Longest Cantilevered Building” and will offer an elevated lifestyle destination, including a 360° observation deck with views of the city.
One Za’abeel is an iconic mixed-use project that includes 264 opulent simplexes and duplexes, 26,000 square meters of grade-A office space, and several high-end attractions. It is located close to Dubai’s commercial business district, making it a prestigious business address.
